US Shipping

Items are processed and shipped the first business day after the order is placed. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are shipped following verification. Back-ordered items are shipped 5-10 business days after purchase.

Non-apparel items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. Apparel items can ONLY BE EXCHANGED for other apparel items, and only if in its original packaging with the original tags. Refunds will not be issued. Customer pays for any additional shipping charges and will recieve store credit minus 20% restocking fee after 4 - 6 weeks. The returned item must be in the same condition as it was received by the customer, in the original packaging and with the original tags. Once an order is placed you may not cancel the order.

If your shipping address is outside the united states you are responsible for all taxes and fees incured for importation on the items you order. No refunds will be given on items that ship but are not properly handled through customs by the buyer.

Most items can be shipped to anywhere in the United States,Canada, and Mexico via UPS. UPS will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)

UncleSamsOutfitter.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the International Checkout option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal, Money Gram, or bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery.
